By accessing this website and purchasing our products, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use TYTGEAR if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. General Overview
TYTGEAR offers a variety of products, including custom-printed setup decor (mousepads, posters, tapestries, coasters) and specialized hardware (3D printed models, custom mechanical keyboards, macropads, and IoT devices). By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
2. Manufacturing & Fulfillment
We utilize a hybrid fulfillment model to ensure the highest quality for our diverse product range:
Print-on-Demand (POD)
Products such as mousepads, posters, coasters, and tapestries are custom-printed upon order placement through a third-party manufacturing partner.
In-House Hardware
3D printed items, macropads, keyboards, and IoT devices are manufactured, assembled, and shipped directly from our TYTGEAR facility.
Split Shipments
Because we use a hybrid fulfillment model, if your order contains both POD items and in-house hardware, they will likely be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each respective package.
3. Product Variations
Due to the custom nature of our products, please note the following:
Printed Items
Colors on printed products (mousepads, tapestries) may vary slightly from what you see on your digital screen due to different monitor calibrations and printing processes.
3D Printed & Custom Hardware
3D printed components and hand-assembled keyboards/macropads may feature minor layer lines or slight aesthetic variations that are inherent to the custom manufacturing process. These are not considered defects.
4. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your setup. However, because many of our items are made-to-order, our return policy is structured as follows:
Made-to-Order Items
Print-on-demand items (mousepads, posters, tapestries) and custom 3D printed products are created specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong size/color selection.
Defective or Damaged Goods
If any item (hardware or printed) arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@tytgear.in within 48 hours of delivery with live unboxing of the product and photos of the issue, and we will issue a replacement or refund if eligible.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, TYTGEAR and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on TYTGEAR. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from TYTGEAR for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
6. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
